Fight to Ensure Your Family’s Future
If you are going through a divorce, my goal is to help you reach the best possible outcome in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. For many clients, I am able to guide them through the entire divorce process without them having to step foot in court once. Personally handling your case from start to finish, I want to make the divorce process as easy as possible on you and your children.
There are a number of things you have to consider before getting a divorce in Louisiana. If you have children, you must first be separated for a year before you can finalize your divorce. If you do not have children, you must first be separated for six months.
Once you are ready to move forward with your divorce, I will help you negotiate a fair divorce settlement. If a fair settlement cannot be reached, I will be ready to protect your rights in court:
- Custody and visitation: I will help you develop a custody and visitation plan tailored to your needs, so you can continue to be there for your kids.
- Child support: Protecting father’s rights and making sure your kids are taken care of, I can guide you through the child support determination process.
- Alimony: Whether you need help getting back on your feet or you want to protect your assets moving forward, there are a number of different spousal support plans available.
- Property division: From large assets, such as your house and cars, to personal debts, I can help you develop a fair property division plan.
