CORRECTION OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE/ TERMINATION OF CHILD SUPPORT

Louisiana law provides that if the there is substantial likelihood that fraud, duress, material mistake of fact or error existed in the execution of the birth certificate naming you as the father or that the person who executed the birth certificate is not the biological father, you can correct this and stop child support proceedings for a child that is not your child.
